• Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Accreditation & Re-accreditation
• Data Quality (including the use of CHART)
• Model policies and guidance
• Information governance

The team includes:

Becky Gayler (Clinical Informatics Lead)

I lead the Clinical Informatics Team which provides expert advice and guidance to GP practices on all matters related to Clinical Information management including data quality, audit and information governance (IG) issues.  I also provide assistance and support to practices completing their IG Toolkit.  I currently work for NHS 1 day per week (usually Tuesdays).

Carl Bolger (Clinical Informatics Facilitator)

I support practices in a variety of areas including: EPR accreditations (new applications and re-approvals), IG toolkit submissions, data related clinical system queries, Read code issues, running MIQUEST queries and interpreting the findings.
